Auction Risk Alerts

When you view an eBay auction using gumshoo™, it is automatically scanned for potential auction fraud. If gumshoo™ finds potential auction risks, they are displayed in the form of an alert. There are four alerts: Seller, Location, Description, and Shipping and Handling. See how many eBay auction risk alerts have been triggered.

Alert Definitions
	The seller's feedback and other reputation data were analyzed and the seller was found to have higher than typical risk factors.
	The item was listed in a foreign country.
	The item description contained words or phrases that are commonly associated with fraudulent or misleading auctions or this was a 1-day auction.
	The seller has not specified shipping charges or is charging higher than typical shipping or handling fees.
